The Church does not understand the spiritual new birth. As a result, they neither know the identity of God nor do they understand the person that new spiritual birth makes them. If today’s Christians understood spiritual birth, they would not continue to live in a coexisting relationship with Jesus Christ. They would no longer strive to become better Christians; believing that God put Jesus into their hearts to make them a better version of themselves.
Simply, today’s Christians do not know the identity of God because they do not know who they are, and they do not know who they are because they do not understand spiritual birth.
Jesus came 2000 years ago to reveal someone that neither Israel nor the world had ever known. God – the Father.
