The Desensitization to the Person of Christ: Its target and purpose

The process of desensitization to the person of Christ is very powerful, subtle and incapacitating. We are responding to its effects and have no clue that we are under power and control! I compare carbon monoxide gas poisoning as the same as the process of desensitization to the person of Christ. This gas is odorless, tasteless, and invisible. The longer you’re in contact with it the more it takes you captive. Your responses appear to be normal. You appear to be in “control” of your thinking and actions. But you are not! It controls you physiologically, psychologically, and biologically. The process of desensitization has the same or parallel effect. It controls you spiritually, emotionally, and mentally! Let’s take a quick look at desensitization.

The Revelation of the Mystery and the “Gap” (God’s Purpose, Intent, and Plan) Part-2

What God as a Father did in the “Gap” before anything or anyone was created is just unimaginable and unbelievable.  There were seven events (there might be more but I’m sharing what has been revealed in me) which were accomplished. No one else has access to these events but mankind.  The power and strength of love in Himself fixed these events until all is fulfilled in His house.  So, what is the “Gap”?  John 1:1 to Gen 1:1. Between these two verses God reveals His PIP (purpose, intent and plan) and provided seven (7) “immutable things set before us”. All this took place before the foundation of the world.

Desensitization to the Person of Christ

Many of us have these “sacred cows” in our belief system. We know the things we have believed all of our lives. The things that we have hung our faith hats on (so to speak) they maybe Biblical and scriptural based. You know those “sacred cows” we received and believed from our denominational belief system, or non-denominational belief system or institutional theology or organizational doctrines. Some are true. In other words they are facts because they are Biblical. Are they the truth because they’re based on our belief systems or doctrines? Many of us can’t even imagine that a lifetime of sacred beliefs might be the very means of our desensitization to the person of Christ. Does the thought itself bring the fear of being wrong? Do these sacred and precious beliefs prove you’re right before God and man? Do they provide you eternal protection or security? Do you want to know the answers to the questions above so you can see how right or wrong your beliefs are? If
any of your answers are yes, you may be living in desensitization to the person of Christ! There are five stages or phases in the desensitization process…enough said for now.

The Revelation of the Mystery and “The Gap” with Pastor David Kenebrew,ThD

Because of “Desensitization to the person of Christ and not Jesus of Nazareth” many of us have missed (being completely ignorant of) or misunderstand God’s purpose, intent and plan which originated in Himself! It is only through the Revelation of the mystery in Christ that humankind can and will overcome “Desensitization to the person of Christ” and see their need to become a new creation in Christ and not a better or different person. This knowledge is critical in understanding the Father’s Love and His purpose, intent and plan for humankind and all of creation. He alone is the only one who can reveal this marvelous mystery of Himself.
